Hermanus Pre-Primary
Hermanus Pre-Primary School is a registered independent institution under both the Department of Social Development and the Department of Education. Nestled beside Hoy’s Koppie and close to Hermanus High and Hermanus Primary schools, our facility provides a nurturing environment, including four thoughtfully designed outdoor play areas tailored to the needs of various age groups. These spaces inspire a deep desire in every child to be part of our school.
At Hermanus Pre-Primary, our mission is to help children reach their full potential. Our small class sizes, led by dedicated and highly qualified teachers and assistants, play a key role in ensuring the future success of each child. We follow the Department of Education’s National Curriculum, delivering it in a fun, engaging, and hands-on way for children from as young as 18 months. This approach builds strong foundational skills that prepare them well for Grade R and beyond.
Our school is rooted in strong Christian values while also embracing respect for diverse cultures and beliefs. We believe that open communication and active parental involvement are crucial to the success of our school community.
